Q: What are your Payments Policies?
A: The following Payment Policies apply for both On-line and In-store purchases. Kranson Uniform Payment Policies include, but are not limited to the following:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are the accepted forms of payment for ordering products on our website. Cash and checks are accepted in-store. If you need to arrange another type of payment please call (877) 816-3006.
- Approved Purchase Orders may be used for in-store purchases, as well as on-line purchases.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks
- Fraudulent acts will not be tolerated. Anyone caught participating in a fraudulent act will be prosecuted.
Q: What is the Pre-Authorization Process for Purchase Orders?
A: Purchase Orders require pre-authorization. If this is the first time that we are doing business with your organization, we will need some basic information about your organization (such as Organization Name, Address, Purchasing Agent Name, Tax ID#, Phone Number, etc.).
The Purchase Agent will need to provide the purchase order information (such as PO Number, Overall Monetary Limits, Individual Monetary Limits, Allowable Purchases, Non-Allowable Purchases, Special Needs and a list of Approved Purchasers).

Q: What is your Shipping Policy?
A: We know you want you items as quickly as possible; that's why we do our best to ship In stock items within 24 hours of receiving the order; most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Of course, Special Orders and Customization takes longer.
We ship our orders domestically, using both UPS and USPS.
You will be notified if your items are on back-order. Use our Track Your Order system to see the status of your items. Please call us if you have special shipping needs.

A: Your information will NEVER be shared with any third parties - it's that simple!
When you set up Your Account, a check mark is also automatically placed in the "Join our mailing List". You can uncheck this if you feel more comfortable, but we promise that we will not overwhelm you with unnecessary SPAM or share your information with others. VERY occasionally we have information that we feel is important to pass on to our customers or we have deals that we don't want you to miss, but we will not abuse this privilege.
