A: YES! Our IN_HOUSE Tailors are the best in the business! Our tailors have been providing fine tailoring for Kranson Clothing and Kranson Uniform for over 60 years. We will customize any order upon request.
Why put up with a uniform that doesn't fit when you don't have to? Nothing is more important than your comfort. Our tailors have the experience to properly fit even the most unique sizing requirements. Once we have your measurements, you can set up a My Profile account and we will keep your measurements on file.
Additional uniform customization, from emblems and rank patches to custom striping and coordinated buttons, is also available. We even offer custom made patches.
Q: What type of Payments do you Accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are the accepted forms of payment for ordering products on our website. We also accept Purchase Orders for website purchases. Please see our Payment Policy for additional information.
Q: How do I Create an Account with Kranson Uniform?
A: It's Simple! Click on the "Register" link in the upper right corner of any page. You will be taken to a registration page. Complete the easy form. A check mark is automatically placed in the "Save login details" for your convenience.

A: No time to finish your order? One click of the mouse saves your cart to Your Account so you can finish shopping later ( once you have set up your account). Shop at YOUR convenience; pick your items one at a time if necessary, and purchase when you are ready.
We aso used the Saved Shopping Carts to complete on-line purchases made with Purchase Orders.
Q: What does it mean to Save My Profile?
A: Never worry about remembering your pant length or your exact uniform color again. Once you have a profile with Kranson Uniform, we will keep track of the details.
We currently track these details in our store, so you will need to call us or stop by so we can put set your My Profile account. My Proflie will soon be available for online sign-up!
If you don't know your measurements, let our tailors take proper measurements for you. A uniform that fits makes a difference!
Q: How do I Check the Status of my Order?
A: Our Track Your Order" system allows you to see the details of your transaction. Simply click on the "Track your shipped order" link at the bottom of any page. You can also log into Your Account and check the status of your order. You can see if any items were back-ordered, when it was shipped, and even get a UPS tracking number, if applicable.
Q: Can I see my Purchase History?
A: Ever wonder what that product was that you bought 6 months ago? Wonder no more.... Now you can see your purchase history at a glance through Your Account.
Q: Can I Use a Purchase Order for On-line Purchases?
A: We are happy to work with your organization to use Purchase Orders for website purchases. Once your organization's Purchase Order has been pre-authorized for use at Kranson Uniform, purchases are simple. Just pick out your items and Save your Shopping Cart.
Q: Who can use a Purchase Order for On-line Purchases?
A: Once your organization's Purchase Order is on file with Kranson Uniform, any Approved Purchaser can use the PO for website purchases. To become an Approved Purchaser, your name must be listed on the file with the Purchase Order and you will need to create Your Account with Kranson Uniform.
Q: How do I use a Purchase Order for my On-line Purchases?
A: It is simple for Approved Purchasers to use Purchase Orders for online orders. Simple Log into Your Account, select the items you would like and add them to your shopping cart. When you are finished selecting items, simply save your shopping cart. Once your shopping cart has been saved, contact us to let us know you have an order pending. We can be contacted through our Contact Us page or call us at (877) 816-3006.
Q: How Quickly do you Ship my Order?
A: We know you want you items as quickly as possible; that's why we do our best to ship In stock items within 24 hours of receiving the order; most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Of course, Special Orders and Customization takes longer.

Q: What are Cookies?
A: Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and are created by websites. They are used to store key information about your session so that the web site knows who you are when you move from page to page within the site. They're just like sticking a post-it note on your pc, telling the web site things like "I'm Joe Smith, and I've got a soft toy in my basket." A cookie can only be read by the same site that originally created it, so no other sites can read your Kranson Uniform cookies, and we can't read any cookies that you've got from other places.
Q: Why do we use Cookies?
A: Our shopping cart uses cookies for 2 main reasons. Firstly, to identify if you're an existing Kranson Uniform customer (so that you need not enter all your details when you place your order), and secondly to keep your cart details. When you actually place an order, the cart cookie is no longer relevant and is deleted.
Q: How do I Enable Cookies on Internet Explorer?
A: Go to the menu at the top of the browser (where it's got File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help), and choose the Tools menu item, that'll bring up an additional menu where you should choose the Options menu item. That will then give you a window with a load of tabs at the top - click on the Privacy tab and slide the privacy setting to "Medium High" or below, and then click the OK button at the bottom of the window. Your cookies will then be enabled and you'll be able to use our shopping basket.
Q: How do I Enable Cookies on Netscape Navigator?
A: Go to the menu at the top of the browser (where it's got File, Edit, View, Go, Bookmarks, Tools, Windows, Help), and choose the Edit menu item, that'll bring up an additional menu where you should choose the Preferences menu item. That will then give you a window with various categories on the left-hand side. Double-click on the Privacy & Security category, then single-click on the subordinate Cookies category, and then (on the right-hand side) click on the Enable cookies for the originating web site only option, and then click the OK button at the bottom of the window. Your cookies will then be enabled and you'll be able to use our shopping basket.
